09/01/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Inspectors Zamora/Slaiwa, were able to inspect this property from a neighbor's backyard (after receiving consent from neighbor) and found a wooden fence in a state of disrepair as well as an accumulation of refuse and debris and storage under what looks like a dilapidated wooded structure. The issues with the structure as well as the accumulation of refuse/debris seems to be the cause for the issue with the fence. A Notice of Violation will be issued.
