At the time of the inspection two boats were parked on the (NW side) front yard. Additionally there were personal belongings being stored on the front porch, and stored items in the carport. An RV coach was parked on the (NE) side adjacent to the driveway and a trailer was being stored in the carport. I reviewed the property's zoning provisions and determined that while the operability of the vehicles is unknown the property is in violation of T.C. Ch.16-13 (H) Outdoor Storage
