08/31/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Inspectors Zamora/Slaiwa, inspected property and found an accumulation of vegetation throughout the property (front yard and in the abutting back alley way). Notice of Violation will be issued.
10/09/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Inspector onsite observed that since my initial inspection, all accumulation of vegetation has been cut and properly disposed of. The accumulation in the alley still exists but the property owner will be working to abate that issue within a week's time. A follow-up inspection will be scheduled.
