09/18/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Knocked on the door and no answer. I left my business card in the door for the tenant to call me. I did observe an A/C unit exhaust sticking out of the window and I could hear the A/C unit operating. I received a call from the tenant about a hour after and he told me the A/C was working properly. I let him know I would be closing the case, he acknowledged and agreed.
