CE went to the front door to knock, took a look at the interior from the front window, property appears to be under renovation. The interior was free of its initial violations of unsanitary, trash, and has egress. Case closed.
08/26/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation After inspection did see that property was unsanitary/no utilities/ lack of egress/ hoarding, will be issuing notice.
