This debris can be seen from the abutting property. • The exterior wood surfaces of the buildings on the property, has paint that is peeling, flaking or chipped leaving bare unprotected surfaces. • Metal surfaces that are subject to corrosion, such as but not limited to: the garage door needs a protective treatment. • According to aerials, there have been two sheds placed at the property after 2008 without any zoning approvals from the City of Tucson. These sheds are located at the southwest corner of the property. • According to aerials, there has been a porched attached to the rear of the single-family residence after 1998. No permits or zoning approvals can be found on record. Brush and bulky is scheduled to be within the area starting on August 25th, 2025. According to Pima County Assessors webpage, 1996 a permit was recorded for the construction of the rear garage and carport. There is a white Chevrolet extended cab pickup truck that lacks inoperable characteristics on the property. There is a silver Honda 4dr sedan that lacks inoperable characteristics on the property. The black Toyota 4runner (SUV) is no longer on the property. There is a vehicle in the rear yard that is screened behind an opaque 5ft fence as per T.C. Chapter 16 Sec 16-15(B)(2)(C) allows. |
