09/02/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed I observed some bulky items left on the curb. I informed the gentleman that was on site that he must have these items moved and to refrain from putting other items on the curb unless he was having B and B come by within the next two weeks. I also informed him to obtain a C of O for his business if he was going to park his vehicles there. He stated that he only keeps some items there at his sisters house and parks his work truck there on occasion. I explained to him that if he does not operate the business out of the home or have business items here, then he does not have to get a C of O. If he does operate the business out of the home he would need a C of O and only one logoed vehicle can be parked on site.
10/09/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The property is not in violation. The vehicle is parked behind a fence and cannot be seen by the public. The owner also stated that he doesn't do any business a this location, he only parks his truck there sometimes, but only behind the wall.
