08/19/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site with owner's son. He stated the 5th wheel was purchased a few weeks ago and he is cleaning it up. He stated the bus is register as a RV and the Toyota SUV is being work on and will install a new motor. They other vehicles on property appear operable. Refuse and debris on property.
09/25/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site with inspector AQ, owner's son, spoke to a male and a female who drove up in a white car. We did observed a male coming out of the bus another man coming out of the storage room. There is an extension cord running from the main structure to the bus with a portable AC running. The owner's son did state the male who come out of the bus was in the bus all night watching movies. The SUV parked in front has a cover on it and it is inoperable needing a motor. The smaller RV the owner's son stated he is going to take the motor out of the RV. He also stated no one lives in the 5th wheel and he is working on the inside of the 5th wheel. We informed him if he would show us the inside of the bus, 5th wheel, smaller RV and shed, so we can determine if someone is living the units.
