08/26/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site and at this time there is a palm tree that has several dead palm fronds and a mesquite tree that is over grown. There is an accumulation of dead vegetation on the property. I spoke to the owner Hameet and he stated that he would have someone take care of this asap. Will follow-up in 2 weeks.
10/23/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site and at this time there has been no action towards abating violations. Spoke with owner and will give an extension until 11/3/25.
