TENANT RELAYED THAT MAINTENANCE IS SUPPOSED TO BE OUT AT SOME POINT TODAY. I WILL FOLLOW UP IN THE A.M. 8/19/25 TO VERIFY WHETHER OR NOT THEY SHOWED UP AND DID REPAIRS. AS OF 8/21/25 SWAMP COOLER HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED.
08/21/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed ONSITE AT PROPERTY, VERIFIED COOLING UNIT STILL NOT REPAIRED, NO AIR COMING FROM IT, INTERIOR TEMP 90 DEGREES. TECHS AT UNIT WHEN I ARRIVED, ASKED TENANT TO LET ME KNOW FRIDAY 8/22/25 A.M. IF IT IS REPAIRED AND FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. WILL FOLLOW UP MONDAY 8/25/25 IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM TENANT.
