Doors and windows are shut/locked and gates have been locked. Property will be monitored regularly by owner's friends.
09/23/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site and at this time all violations have been abated. Owner has secured property with boards and has chained/locked fence/gates closed. Owner has also made plans to have a friend visit regularly to ensure property is free of squatters.
