08/08/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation The permanent cooling system to the multi-family apartment complex continues to be inoperable. This leaving multiple occupied units without adequate cooling during an extreme heat temperature warning. It has been reported that a contractor was dispatched to repair the chiller unit and failed within 24 hours. Onsite management are actively communicating with their corporate in regards of the chiller system being inoperable. This system is responsible for cooling over 100 units at this complex.
