08/27/2024 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | In Violation | Observed an R/V that is parked on the property. The owner showed me that he uses his R/V frequently to travel and while cleaning and preparing in between trips, he often hangs out on front. I verified that his home is livable and the R/V was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived to investigate the claim. The owner stated that he often will have the side of the R/V "bumped out". I explained to him that doing this obstructs the right of way to the public sidewalk area. He agreed that this was happening and he would not obstruct the use of the sidewalk in the future. I also explained to him that I would send him an NOV and monitor his property for the next few days to ensure he is not obstructing the sidewalk any longer. He agreed to me monitoring his property for a 30 day period to ensure his compliance. | |
09/11/2024 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Passed | Violations were abated. The R/V does not obstruct the sidewalk.it is parked between the street and the grass area of the sidewalk |
