08/19/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Observed major renovations being performed inside and outside the house. Observed drywall being replaced, as well as, an enclosure that is being worked on. All this work is being done without permit or compliance review.
09/06/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed The owner repainted and repaired only a few panels of drywall. Only plastic electrical covers were replaced. Also the attached Arizona room had a screen covering it and only that screen cover was removed. The roof was only patched in a few places and painted. These minor repairs do not require a permit.
