THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY STATED THAT THEY HAVE A RESTRAINT ORDER AGAINST SOMEONE WHO CONTINUES TO HARRASS THEM AND THIS IS WHERE THE COMPLAINT PROBABLY COMES FROM. THERE WAS NO CODE ISSUES WHILE ON SITE. CAN NOT VERIFY.
