Tenant has filled in the hole with foam to eliminate pest from entering the rental unit. Slidding door installed backwards and wheel on the sliding door is broken off. No screen door, no screens on windows for a rental unit that has swamp cooling. When ever the windows are opened the flies come into the rental unit. Plexi glass window located in the living room allows water to enter the rental unit every time it rains, water coming in is next to an electrical outlet. |
