10/24/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Door missing weather stripping, water leak in roof, ceiling damaged where the light fixture is located. Light fixture has detached from the ceiling. Electrical wires hanging out of the ceiling. Hall light fixture water damaged, hole underneath the sink area. Tenant has filled in the hole with foam to eliminate pest from entering the rental unit. Slidding door installed backwards and wheel on the sliding door is broken off. No screen door, no screens on windows for a rental unit that has swamp cooling. When ever the windows are opened the flies come into the rental unit. Plexi glass window located in the living room allows water to enter the rental unit every time it rains, water coming in is next to an electrical outlet.
