Tested the mini split unit. Air tested coming out of system at 70 degrees. Occupant pointed out area where water was coming through. Area was dry. Lighting fixture is detached from the ceiling. Black ring in the toilet. Contacted Property Manager. Manager states they have a repair man schedule to repair the roof tomorrow. Once the roof on the trailer is fixed they will re-attache the light fixture and add on a replacement globe.. Issued notice of violation to manager and requested they obtain a permit for the mini split installed on the the trailer. | |
