09/05/2024 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Completed | Met w/occupant regarding mold issue. Occupant pulled the refrigerator away from the wall. I looked closely at the wall. A couple marks on the wall appeared to look like scuff marks... Looked at the ceiling above the area. No water marks on the ceiling. Looked at the drywall and paint. This looks dry and clear. The wall did not feel damp or moist. Occupant showed me her bedroom closet. Again no signs of water, dampness or moisture, paint on wall is dry and clear. No smell of mold or dampness in the air. I did not see any signs of mold any where. Occupant pointed hairline crack on the floor. Discussed the complaint with occupant. I would not be taking this case forward. Close case. |
