09/07/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation 108 PM - Contact with Tenant on site. Ran water in kitchen and at bathtub. Water was very hot. Hot enough in bathtub that I could not keep my hand under the water. Tenant did state hot water was off for about a week and water heaters for building were replaced. Tenant raised concern of work done without permits to include the water heater replacement as well as plumbing work in her unit. She also stated some units are being remodeled with washers and dryers. Could not verify the work done in her unit. Spoke to property manager on site. She did confirm water heater replacement, and adding of washers and dryers. She states existing plumbing is being used and unsure if new electrical is being added. Did advise any new electrical or plumbing lines needs to be permitted. Will issue a 30 day notice of violation for water heater replacement. -VM
12/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Follow up - no site visit. Permit TC-COM-0923-02214 was applied for on 09/15/2023 and issued on 10/05/2023. Inspections were completed and Property Manager was able to get permit into Complete status as of 12/05/2023. Violation has been abated, will close case. -VM
