Hot enough in bathtub that I could not keep my hand under the water. Tenant did state hot water was off for about a week and water heaters for building were replaced. Tenant raised concern of work done without permits to include the water heater replacement as well as plumbing work in her unit. She also stated some units are being remodeled with washers and dryers. Could not verify the work done in her unit. Spoke to property manager on site. She did confirm water heater replacement, and adding of washers and dryers. She states existing plumbing is being used and unsure if new electrical is being added. Did advise any new electrical or plumbing lines needs to be permitted. Will issue a 30 day notice of violation for water heater replacement. -VM | |
