Has tall grass and weeds, trash and debris with trees and bushes that will need to be cut to have clearance of the wash due to able to see the wash at this time due to the over growth. The H.O.A. does not exist and has no contact person to talk to to represent the H.O.A. at this time. Will do N.O.V. RV. | |
