Drywall falling off the ceiling, flooring completely soaked throughout. Shut off electrical service at the meter. Secured unit. Family picked up birds in cage. Permits will be required for repairs and a Licensed Electrician will be required to evaluate the electrical system. Notices posted on structure.
11/21/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed House is still vacant. Owner in California has hired a restoration company to repair home damaged by water.
