07/29/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation A site inspection of the subject property was conducted. It was observed that temperatures in several of that habitable spaces in the rental residence were above the allowed 86 degrees for an evaporative cooler. Temperatures coming from the vents averaged 84 degrees; however, some of the rooms temperatures were between 87 and 89 degrees. Temperature checks were conducted between 1:15 PM and 1:45 PM.
