08/03/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation An inspection of the property revealed that the residential structure has sustained extensive damage resulting from a structure fire. The following conditions were observed: Large sections of the ceiling have been destroyed, leaving structural framing, insulation, ductwork, and electrical wiring exposed. Fire-damaged drywall, insulation, and other building materials remain within the residence. Water damage from fire suppression efforts is evident throughout the affected ceiling and flooring. The damaged areas constitute an unsafe condition that may endanger occupants and the public. The structure has been condemned. Owner signed indemnification form and has secured property. TEP has disconnected service by placing a disconnect sleeve on the meter. Permits are required within 60 days for all repairs/replacements. Licensed contractor is required for all repairs/replacements. NOV signed and handed to owner. Follow-up by area inspector.
