08/05/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Weather stripping was added to the front door as I instructed the management to install 7-31-26. This should help the temperatures remain below 82 degrees. I will follow up 8-6-26
08/05/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Observed a unit that the temperature inside was within the ordinance ranges (below 82 degrees). I informed the tenant that I will have them install weather stripping around the front door because it is not helping the A/C remain inside the unit. Also, the water temperature of the hot water never made it past just being slightly warm.
