| 07/30/2026 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up | Passed | Following up this morning I encountered another several of the residents who also confirmed the A/C is working properly inside of their units. Units 14, 36, 63, 64, 36, and 19 all confirmed in person that the A/C was working properly inside of their units since Tuesday 7-28-26 | |
| 07/30/2026 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Passed | While on-site (7/28/26), I encountered several residents that live in the complex and they all acknowledged the A/C in the entire complex was broken on Friday 7/24/26 and repaired on Tuesday (7-28-26). I spoke with the management and the maintenance supervisor, they explained to me that the compressor on the A/C chiller went bad and needed replacement, but the part had to be shipped from Phoenix. The replacement part arrived late Monday (7-27-26) and subsequently repaired the next day (7-28-26). I followed up with several other residents on Wednesday (7-29-26) that again acknowledged the A/C was repaired and working properly. I was unable to gain access to a unit, but I will follow up again (7-30-26) to attempt to get a temperature reading, even though all four residents that approached me said the A/C was working properly. |
