08/18/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The structure was observed to have sustained extensive fire, smoke, and water damage. Observed conditions include, but are not limited to, the following: Extensive fire and smoke damage throughout portions of the interior of the dwelling. Significant damage to the ceiling and roof/ceiling assembly, including areas where ceiling materials have burned through, collapsed, or become detached. Exposed and damaged insulation and building materials. Fire-damaged and deteriorated interior wall and ceiling finishes. Significant fire and smoke damage to the flooring and interior living areas. Evidence of extensive heat and smoke damage throughout the structure. Portions of the structure and building materials appear compromised and may present a falling-material or structural-collapse hazard. Electrical components and/or wiring may have been exposed to fire, heat, smoke, and water damage. The electrical system(meter removed) shall not be energized or placed back into service until evaluated and approved as required. Fire-damaged materials and debris remain within and/or around the structure. Due to the extent of the fire damage, the dwelling is not suitable for occupancy and has been condemned. There is currently no natural gas service at this unit. However propane gas was connected at the time of the fire. Owner will secure. Owner signed and was handed all necessary paperwork. "Do Not Enter' signs were placed on front and back door. All repairs/replacements or demo will require a permit within 60 days. All work must be done by a licensed contractor.
