07/31/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Onsite at property, tried to contact owner left a message. Property does not look necessarily run down. There are overgrown, weeds, and grass on the front of the property and some refuse and debris. Waiting to hear back from owner to take further action reguarding possible sober, living home and unsanitary conditions. Spoke to owner, property is a rental property not a sober living. Owner will speak to tenant regarding refuse and debris, grass and weeds and possible inoperable vehicle on back of property visible from the street. UPDATE: as of 8/19/26 nothing has changed.
