08/17/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Did not observe the listed complaint. I met with the maintenance supervisor who showed me the rec. room and no missing ceiling tiles. He explained to me that when it rains, the water sometimes seeps down and wets one ceiling tile and he replaces it each time.
