08/18/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Onsite inspection conducted on this date due to a complaint of multiple junk vehicles on property and an unpermitted shed located on southside of property without adequate setback. During the inspection it was observed that there were only 2 cars on property observed to be inoperable and dismantled. Additionally, it was determined that the shed located on southside of property was within adequate setback of 5 feet. Upon further inspection, additional findings for outdoor storage and decorative features were found to be in violation. Notice of violation posted at property address and a copy to be mailed to property owner listed on file. Corrective action to fix violations is 30days from date of this notice.
