07/16/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Performed several temperature test throughout this complex. I sampled 4 units, two that were o the complaint and two random units. None of the units temperature readings were above or even close. The highest temperature was approximately 77 degrees. Management stated that they had to repair the chiller system which took one 24 hour day.
