10/15/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation At the time of the inspection the subject property was found to be in violation for an addition what appeared to be erected without permits. The was an excess of stored items visible from the street and neighboring properties. An accumulation of dog waste was visible from the road, and there were inoperable vehicles being stored on the property in such a way that violates Chapter 16 of Tucson's Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance and Unified Development Codes.
