Research finds the lot has been broken into 4 lots: 3 of the lots are in violation: 5823 S. VINE, 5817 S. STEWART AND 5821 S STEWART. all cost for securing these vacant structures should be charged to the case #CEVIO072602954. All three lots belong to the same owner.
