07/27/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Large vacant lot has 4 trailers all vacant and abandoned. Trailers are wide open. Called Arcadia to secure the trailers. Research finds the lot has been broken into 4 lots: 3 of the lots are in violation: 5823 S. VINE, 5817 S. STEWART AND 5821 S STEWART. all cost for securing these vacant structures should be charged to the case #CEVIO072602954. All three lots belong to the same owner.
07/28/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Contacted the Contractor and the Contractor that works directly for the ALTA Funding & Investment LLC. Contractor stated they will start demo next week. Made him aware that the City secured the 4 structures on the lots and will charge the owner the cost for the securement.
