It was observed there are violations for grass and weeds and excess of 6 inches throughout the property, mainly in the side yard and the front yard. There are also violations of overgrown vegetation from the property to the abutting sidewalk along Barrow Street and Anchorage Avenue (southwest corner). notice a violation sent in the mail.
10/06/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Inspector was able to conduct a follow-up inspection and saw that the owner has been working on abating the violations. Follow-up final inspection is scheduled for 10/12/26.
