07/30/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Did not observe overgrown trees that block the right of way to the sidewalk, in fact, it looked recently cut. I did observe a very small patch of grass that was slightly overgrown, the owner will have this cut without a need for a formal notice. I have no reason not believe they will cut it due to the condition of the entire property; which was in overall good condition.
