07/21/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation A site inspection of the subject property was conducted on this date. It was observed there was a white Chevrolet that was inoperable (flat tires and being worked on) in the front side yard (south), scrap/debris/refuse in the rear yard, outside storage of items visible from the ROW, a shed that appeared to be over 6 feet in height located within the 20-foot setback area of the southern property line, and what appeared to be a coop within the 50-foot setback area of the northern property line.
