RWOP / The occupant has built a very tall, stand alone carport structure for their RV. There are no structures this high in the entire
square half mile and this is not consistent with the character of the residences in the area. In addition, the front posts of
this structure appear to be in the COT ROW. There are no pedestrian sidewalks in the area, so this ROW is needed for
pedestrians. This appears to have been constructed very recently.
