08/05/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Observed a swimming pool with green stagnant water. I spoke with the management who stated that the pool pump was broken and has been ordered for repair and should be available by the week of August 3rd. I will be referring this case to Pima county to their pool enforcement division. I also observed several areas that had an accumulation of trash, debris, JMV's and overgrown vegetation.
