07/22/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site, I observed grass and weeds exceeding six inches in height throughout the property and along the adjacent sidewalk area. I also observed a large accumulation of tree mulch/wood chips in the front yard, as well as outdoor storage consisting of couches, chairs, and miscellaneous items visible from the public right-of-way. A 30-day Notice of Violation was issued requiring the property owner to correct the violations within the allotted compliance period.
08/25/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site, property still in violation, met with property owner, stated did not receive the notice of violation, hand delivered one, gave 30 days.
