07/09/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site inspection. Met with property management and they provided documentation to show that the air-conditioning unit in apartment 113 has been replaced as of June 18 of 2025. They also provided documentation to show that the AC unit has been worked on May 4 of 2026 and June 16 of 2026. The HVAC contractor found that the air-conditioning unit was leaking. The AC unit has been fixed as of June 16, 2026. No further information is needed, close case closed – unfounded.
