07/04/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Water line break in plumbing system up in roofing area damaged commercial building. On the north west and east side of the building. Electrical, drywall, ceiling, flooring, walls, insulation affected by the water damage. Property manager hired Steamy Concepts to remediate the building. They were also identified by the property manager that they will also secure the building including boarding up the two broken windows. Property Manager signed the indemnification form. Issued shut down paper work, permits required and indemnification form. Posted vacant commercial building.
