07/07/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation There are bike parts, outdoor storage, trash, and various piles of refuse scattered throughout the property. there were about 10 people that indicated they were homeless that werestaying on the land. They had erected popup tents on the side of the property. In addition to this the parvel had two shed-like structures that had been built in the rear yard. One of the individuals tried to tell me that they were hired to do yard work by the owner but did not know his name. They then shifted to tell me they were hired by the tenant then, finally, told me they were not hired but the owner gave them permission to stay there.
