07/09/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site with tenants. The front door is missing weather protection around the door. The outlet behind the stove is not secured to the wall. There is a hole in the wall next to the toilet and vanity. Left business card at office and left message for manager. There was one cockroach on the wall. There was no signs of insect infestation in the unit. Tenants did say the unit was treated last week for insects and is schedule for another treatment tomorrow.
07/23/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Spoke to tenant on the phone, she stated the repairs were completed and they are moving out next week. Case closec.
