07/06/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site at this apartment complex. I took multiple temperature readings in multiple rooms, both in common areas, as well as, in individual rooms. I did not observe any temperature readings that were outside of the ordinance temperature guidelines. In fact, the highest temperature reading was 82.6 degrees and that was pointed at the window, which would naturally give a higher reading.
