07/30/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Rental property unit #37 occupant keeping 3 dogs. One outside, no water or food. Dog emaciated. 2 dogs inside rental no food or water. One dog has a broken leg and the other is inside a cage. No food, no water, entire rental unit is filled with feces through out entire rental. Rental has a roach infestation. Pictures uploaded. TPD arrested occupant for animal neglect and abuse. Requested to have the apartment locks changed. Waited for PAC to remove dogs from apartment. Shut down paper work issued to Property Management. TFD and TPD left site. Made sure dogs were removed and the unit was locked up. Notice of violation and indemnification form filled out and issued to Property Representative. CASE CLOSED.
