09/04/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation There is an open carport that has been constructed on the west side of the property without permits or zoning approvals. This carport is constructed with at least three 4x4 pressure treat support posts and other shorter sized support studs that are attached to the perimeter masonry wall with metal hangers. The masonry perimeter wall has been in existence prior to 1998 aerials. There is an approved aluminum awning at the eastside of the home – TC-RES-0225-01077. The vehicles parked on the property lack of inoperable characteristics. (Newer model Ford Explore, late 90s model Ford Mustang, White utility trailer, car tow dolly). There are pavers and construction equipment on the property that is actively being used for landscape improvements with a tentative completion date of September 8th, 2025. Property owner is aware of the need to obtain permits and zoning approvals for the new carport on the west side.
