The ceiling and roof of the laundry room are unstable and the floor is currently being held up by a single beam. I caution taped this area off from people walking on it due to its instability. I also posted do not enter, order to abate/vacate signs, and a Notice of Violation on the outside walls of the laundry room. The floor above the ceiling of the laundry room has holes in it and feels very soft to the touch, which is why it is deemed unstable. Water damage is present throughout the laundry room structure. Also observed trash and debris scattered throughout the property on the ground. Some of the trash and debris are miscellaneous items and dog feces. |
