Permits will be required for repairing the associated damaged studs that have been pushed off the bottom plate. The main supply water line has been severed and is off at the meter box curb stop. Condemned, until water service is reinstated. Garage will be secured by property owner. Property has been posted unfit to occupy, all pertaining documents have been provided to owner.
01/05/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Completed Permit Tc-Res-1025-04976 has active inspections as recent as December 19th, 2025, passing their intermediate and final the plumbing. Closing case, there is no indication of the permit will not be completed.
