The garage’s east wall has damage from the impact leaving an interior drywall penetration. Property owner is on site and is aware the property is deemed unsafe to occupy until repairs are made with applicable permits. Condemnation. Property owner has assumed responsibility to secure the property to prevent entry. TEP de-energized the meter, and a hold was placed until permits are obtained for repairs. Permits required. |
