07/12/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Called out to site by TPD for people living on property, and RV when property has already been condemned. Prior to arrival power has been off. On arrival, with Inspector Metelov, and TPD, the site is in unsanitary conditions. There an accumulation of trash and debris all around the exterior property, it appears people have been living there. Front door was unsecured. Found RV and Shed unsecured as well, TPD stated there were people living in there too. Owner drove and stated he was unable to secure the property. Did not want to even look at his property and its current poor conditions. Then drove off. TPD officer stated he received the call for the property for people entering and exiting, squatters, transients, and drug-related. He stated someone was living there when TPD has arrived, and living in the RV. Contacted Contractor to secure property, since it was left unsecured. Condemnation for, No approval to live in RV in this zone and no power to the property. This is a re-occurring violations, re-occurring nuisance property.
