Dead cacti (prickly pear on the Eastern fence line and a dead saguaro in the middle of the front yard), Dead shrubs (along the porch perimeter), and what appears to be dead cats claw growing on the home all constitute a state of neglect and fire hazard. Additionally, there is an accumulation of trash and refuse throughout the property, most notably on the North end of the front yard and a large pile in the rear of the property visible through the carport. House appears to be empty as evidenced by the webs and caked on dust blocking visibility through the front windows. | |
